Martha offers a very flexible package, you can even rent her apartment or room on a daily basis. You will surely feel at home in these accommodations. Martha’s apartment in Bogotá, Colombia are very modern, the apartments are fully furnished with 3 beautiful spacious bedroom. In fact the apartment and rooms for rent, and the building itself is only 3 years old. Every room on Martha’s apartment has a high speed WiFi Internet connection and TV. The kitchen in the apartment is equipped with an iron, ironing board, toaster, blender and a microwave.  All you really need to bring with in Bogotá is your laptop and suitcase.  Again, Martha will rent you rooms in her apartment by the day, week and month, or you can rent the entire apartment.

There are many different types of Bed and Breakfast places available in Bogotá Colombia. They may be home stays, farm stays, boutique hotels, guesthouses or self contained apartments, cottages, cabins and even farms. They all have on thing in common. Breakfast is included in the rent and most have hosts on the property or close by.

A Guesthouse is generally a larger establishment with over 5 rooms and has common guest areas such as lounge and dining room. Again, the host might live on the premises and breakfast and other meals are often available.

Our Apartment is NOT a guesthouse. There is nobody living on the property or nearby and you are allowed to come and go as you please. In addition, we offer you a full kitchen to do your own cooking. While you do not see the cost of your breakfast in the rent you pay in a guesthouse as it is figured in. On a personal level I can find a really good breakfast in Bogotá for $2.

We are a non – smoking facility. However, if you wish to smoke in your room there will be a $50.00 charge for shampooing the carpets, washing the curtains, cleaning fumigating the area to prepare for our next guest. We ask you to always respect the other guests with your smoking!Please note that our luxury apartment is NOT a Guesthouse or a Bed and Breakfast place. Although our prices are lower than most of these cheaper lodgings in Bogota Colombia!

Smoking Policy

The master bedroom has a balcony and there is another balcony located off the main dining room. There’s no need to bring any towels or soap to our flat in Bogota as everything is supplied. If you decide to rent this accommodation in Bogota, you will have privacy in your own safe apartment with 24/7 security), and you will be living in an upper class neighborhood. In addition, you will be close to the El Dorado Airport in Bogota (only 20 minutes), but far enough away so you will not be kept up all night with planes flying overhead.

Also this accommodation and lodging is close to Corferia Trade Convention Center, Maloka, Salitre Magic, Colombian Family Welfare Institute, Bienestar Familiar (ICBF) for Colombian Children Adoptions, various Medical facilities for Plastic and Lasik surgery and Cosmetic Dental Work. Furthermore, you are only a 10 minute walk to Bogota’s newest and largest Shopping Mall in Colombia: Gran Station. There are nice pastry shops and restaurants all around the area. Corral (great hamburgers), and many more. If you enjoy cooking there is a wonderful farmer’s market every Sunday about a 5 minute walk away.

Martha’s apartments in Bogota are essentially located between North Bogota, business center and Candaleria. It’s close to Calle 22 and Esperanza Avenue, Salitre Pijao. Buses pass by this accommodation all the time and there’s always taxis waiting outside. Martha’s guests come to Bogota for numerous reasons. Some come to Bogota to adopt beautiful Colombian children. Others come to Bogota for matters of the heart. Some have stayed at Martha’s to have plastic surgery, cosmetic dental work, Lasik eye surgery and so on. Because our apartment is so close to the Embassy in Bogota Colombia, many guests find the apartment very convenient when dealing with Visas. Whatever their reason, all of our guests have all enjoyed the safety and luxury of our lodging and accommodation in Bogota, Colombia.
